Women’s Fitness Challenge

Getting fit in the New Year? Try the fitness challenge for women and see your results improve each month.
When: Monday 7 January (and subsequent first Monday of each month).
Time: 10.00am – 11.00am
Where: Active Leisure Complex.
Challenge: 1km Row, 5km Bike and 2km Run or Walk.
Your challenge card must be signed by the fitness instructor. Each month the fastest overall time and fastest individual times will win an Active prize.
There will also be quarterly prizes for the most improved participant, so keep trying each month.
